The mini tacos are super easy! Wonton wrappers stuffed with Pre-made taco meat (we used turkey burger as it was less greasy).. Add some cheese on top and baked in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes! I topped mine with sour cream and chives!

Got some Wonton wrappers tonight...what a great idea. Thanks so much for the post. I've done the wings and ABT's but these will take the hors d'oeuvres over the top!

As a Raleigh-dweller I feel obligated to claim NC State as Russell Wilson's formative college location. I was so disappointed to see him go (although his replacement turned out okay).

Sour grapes aside, the snacks look great! Wish I had motivated myself early enough yesterday to do the same.
