Been out of the grillin' and q'in mode for a bit with work and travel getting in the way. Had an empty Sunday calendar today, so took advantage and fired up the bullet. Did a mess of chicken quarters so I can pull the meat off and save it for other dishes. Also have some corned beef/pastrami on, and took my first stab at making pork carnitas (did that inside....turned out pretty good for a first attempt!)
