Sunday Breakfast - Comal


 
great at looking grub there , buddy. Just a quick question: how is the charcoal set up under that comal....heat in the middle ? Charcoal all over or what exactly do you do there?

I just fill up my Weber "Charcoal Holders" and push them together in the middle directly under the "hump" of my comal. I pour in several lit charcoals and then fill the holders up with unlit charcoal, kind of a backwards Minnion method
