It appears to be one heck of a deal. Looks to be in great shape and it sounds like you could get it for $1,000 or even less. I like the Summits for a couple reasons: (besides the obvious)

1) The inferred burner (not sure if this one has it, but it can be acquired)
2) The roto set up is much better than in the Genesis (height)

That BBQ is certainly worth a consideration. Possibly a flip for profit if nothing else
 
I wonder how he got a new front cook box panel. Weber and Ereplacement only sell the entire cook box. Maybe he made one.
