Summit S670 Gas valves?

Not sure if this is where I post this but I do have a question about my Weber Summit S670. My gas control valves only turn to the medium setting. All six are not just one. Cant turn or push them in to go any further. Thank You, Gary

Has there been any work done on them recently? Did you not use the grill for a long period of time and come back to find them like this?

Yes I was out of town for several months and this is the way it was today. Strange how all six are doing it. Just dont know? Thank You for replying to me.
