Hi Chris.

Would it be possible to have a separate forum, (under Barbecue & Grilling Discussion), that covers the specific topic of Charcoal & Wood? I see quite a few scattered threads, where people are discussing this, asking questions & I find them useful. It would nice to have it all in one place for easy reference/discussion/questions.

Tony, I am hesitant to add new forums. We have so many forums and subforums as it is that I think it confuses and overwhelms people.
