I have revived this yet again. The link to the picture is broken. Scroll down to the bottom and look for the posting made by TravisH. He actually calculates how big the pig needs to be for 18" WSM and provide the actual picture that Mauricio posted. Go to the second page, the original person who posted the link, Mauricio chimes in and comments on how he did it. Looks he did a 30 lb. pig at 200-250 for 10-12 hours.
