Loving my heatermeter. Been cooking for about 12 hours now and enjoyed a full day away from the house.

Are you just monitoring the pit and meat with the heatermeter?

Looks like the only time the blower kicked in was during startup.
 
No the heatermeter is controlling it also. I don't have my servo in yet, so the damper just has the half moon shape opening The top is closed all the way and as you can see my Primo will hold 225 with zero fan activity.

I finished up the cook this morning and that larger but never went over 180, but it was fall apart tender.
