Hey fellas, I'm going to try an apple brined turkey for Thanksgiving. Does it make a difference if I use bottled or tap water for brining?

Thanks In Advance

No. I have horribly hard water where I live and it doesn't make a difference in my turkeys. If you have a well it could, some well water at least when I lived in NC had a funny smell and taste to them, that could affect the flavor. Taste your water, if it taste okay to drink, use it!
