stuffed rolls

a very old receipe from my childhood. potatoe rolls stuffed with a mixture of ground beef, hard boiled eggs, black olives and ???? do not know if came from a cookbook or simply passed within the family. thanks for your help

What nationality Skip? My Mom does a Lithuanian bacon roll similar to this.

probably German as I am a third German, Irish and Norwegian. The dough on the inside of the rolls was removed to make room for the mixture. I could probably experiment with a few other ingrediants, but hoping someone has the remaining contents. thx
