Stubbs Briquets

1st time using Stubbs Briquets. Did two racks of ribs in the WSM and grilled some drummies on the Brinkman offset.
Both went very well. I actually believe I like it better than Kingsford.

I like the uniformity. I like the even burn. I like the clean smell. I don't like all the ash.

Truly, there was not a lot of ash. I got more ash with Kingsford. Seriously.

Best briquettes I've used... Now I have a problem finding them. (and I agree that they are superior to K)

I used a bag, when it was on sale, during the summer. I really liked, using it. It's just a bit, too pricey, for me, in my area. I still have 20 some bags of good ol' Rancher's charcoal, that I need to use up.
