Stokerlog v6.7 Not Working?

I just downloaded v6.7 on my PC. Had some problems with the download, but somehow, got thru it. Now when I try to connect to Stoker, I get this..."When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box."
What's going on? I'm no computer guy, so be gentle.
