Hello everyone its been a while since I wrote on the forum, and since then I have been just enjoying my wsm 18. I cooked a 6 lb brisket for christmas and a 16 lb turkey for thanksgiving. This smoker is extremely fuel efficient plus I discovered I can cook a 16 lb turkey and a 12 lb turkey at the same time that is great! I read so much about the primo xl and the good one smokers, but I decided I will stick with the weber smokers.

Well you own one of the best smokers out there.

Is it the most fuel effective? - No

Does it have the biggest smoke area? - No

Can it produce High End BBq? - Yes

But i still want a primo oval xl in my arsenal.
