Steak night

It was New York strips for dinner tonight.
The hatch peppers complemented the steak really nice but in hindsight I should have peeled them.
I normally steam them on the Blackstone (to remove the skin) after I take the off the grill.
The green sauce came from an elderly neighbor and she did it good.
