Steak Night on the Griddle

Hello all. Snapped a few photos of tonight's steak dinner. We haven't had rib eyes in quite a while. I used the griddle to try and give them a good crust.

There are so many great steak posts on the site that I feel a little lacking in this cook. But this was our dinner and everything tasted great. I think I prefer cooking directly over the charcoal instead of the griddle. It seems to give a little more flavor. But it all turned out good.
