Local grocery store had whole sirloin tip roasts $2.19/lb cut to order ... I picked up 17 lb'er.... Roasts , steaks , cubes...
Spent the entire day at Kennywood (local amusement park) with my 2 kids, nephew and father in law... Needed quick dinner
Marinated 9 skewers worth of sirloin tips In Stubbs Texas steakhouse marinade ... I really liked the bold flavor of this marinade especially on this type of meat
Kabobs, some chicken (ital drsg), zuke in evoo and garlic salt hit the summit

Sorry no plated pics as the boys were literally eating the food as I took it off of the grill... I guess a full day at Kennywood with no crowds will due that to ya
After this pic they went on da Picks-Burgh Plunge 7 times in a row! (Kinda like a log jammer type ride but skips right to the big drop !)
