Steak frites ( best ultra cheap meal ever)


 
Steak frites, a staple at our house Sandy, looks excellent, nice that you could eat so chea..., inexpensive, never tried the Bearnaise, we always drown them in Roquefort, it's a French thing...

Don't you love it when you cook a meal at home for ~5 bucks that would cost $25 a plate in a restaurant and it's 10x better?!?!

I will try roquefort, I've had black and blue steaks before that were pretty good. But you should try the Bernaise, it really made the meal and is super simple ( you can make it in the blender but even if you dont its pretty straight forward)

I suspect neither are all that healthy for you but I am going to do another tri tip, hopefully this week.
