First off, those potatoes are making me drool. Secondly, that's a genius freaking idea with the rib roast bones. I will be copying this cook to the best of my abilities. Looks absolutely delicious.

The taters are loosely based on the scalloped ones you did a few weeks back.
Had two ears of corn and a garden zucchini I needed to use. It was a good combo just wish I would of added a poblano or green chili.
