Star Spangled Kettle

The new red white and blue kettle from Weber is perfect for the summer holidays!

I customized mine a bit - so FYI for anyone else who is considering the same...

The Studio Grill Parts RWB legs are pretty cool, but they are not the same shades as the colors on the grill.
The blue leg is darker than the kettle and the leg is pure white, where the kettle is more off-white.

I added a Zavod flag handle that I had and was planning to get a second for the lid. But I don't think this handle is the
right wood for this grill.

I may give some more thought to handles, but for now I think I'm going to restore this grill to the way Weber intended it to be. 😃

Here are pictures - the color differences are not quite as stark on the screen, but they really stand out in person.

I think if you left the front leg chrome it might pop better with the red and blue. My 2c. I love that handle though.
Well I didn't think of that. But the blue is a problem.
The pics don't show it well (overcast day) but the leg is pretty dark, almost denim and the lid has more purple in it. Both are very pretty colors, they just don't look good together. IMO
Thanks for the suggestion.😊

That is gorgeous, I am jealous!🇺🇸

Got mine put together last night. I'm using it as decoration/table in my office, same as my Stealth Kettle. They are now the "gateway" into the little cove in the back of my home office that is my Lego building station.

I did some research and it turns out old wine or bourbon barrel tops are at 21" so I'm going to get 2 bourbon barrel tops to use inside for a tabletop. Just turn the grill grate upside down with the handles downward and put the barrel top on top of the grate and these can be used as tables.
