St Louis Style rib recipe?

So whats the best recipe/instructions for cooking St. Louis style ribs? I'm gonna try some this weekend. Thanks for any suggestions.
 
I like to use a variation of the 3-2-1 (2.5 - 1.5 - 1) adding agave nectar, brown sugar, parkay, and tiger sauce to the foil at the "2" mark.
