I hadn't had a chance to cook since smoke day so here is my contribution.

Started out with a gorgeous morning for a cook!

Ribs and cooks treat go on the WSM

Ribs all glazed with some bbq sauce. Did a few ribs with rub only.

Baked beans ready to come off the WSM

Did some red skinned mashed potatoes on a cedar plank on the kettle.

All plated up and ready to dig in. Thanks for looking.
