St louis ribs

I smoked (2) slabs of st. louis style ribs today on the offset. Just SPG, 5.5 hours, maple wood.

I usually don't sauce, but I did with one rack today, blues hog raspberry chipotle, I wanted to taste what the latest buzz is all about & that sauce doesn't disappoint, a little sweet with a touch of heat on the back end. Recommended!

Baked potato, pig shots & boudin also on the offset.
 
That looks wonderful - can I have a plate just like it? - but you can have my mushrooms. 😁
Will definitely have to try the raspberry chipotle.
