St Louis Ribs with Smoked Mac n Cheese


 
Sorry the ribs weren't up to snuff Mike.
If we're not pushing the envelope at times, we may never know what if?
I could make a meal of the mac!
 
1 slab of St Louis cut ribs were marinated overnight in a mixture of apple juice, white vinegar,
sugar and kosher salt. Ribs were dusted with a homemade BBQ rub ......
.......... The ribs were just okay. I know I won’t be
marinating them with the mixture I used again. Too much of a vinegary taste for me.

ive been looking at a couple of the lawrys bottled marinades.....the Hawaiian looks interesting.
