St. Louis ribs and spontaneous brisket

Had a plan all week to do St. Louis style ribs today…had them in the freezer and knew they had to be cooked.4405A8DD-5D32-4E3F-8F7F-6F6F54FFBAF6.jpegI’m definitely more of a baby back fan but I do like some SLC from time to time. My kids and some friends who were over devoured almost all the ribs but I’m hoping for some good pork/ brisket nachos on Monday! Cheers!

Great looking groceries!

And I love Worthy. Got a good look at the brewery when they were doing their first expansion and have been a fan ever since.
