Spun loin

Just a simple rub of OBR “Florida Mojo Rub”
Beets, sweets, mashed, spaetzle, green beans will round out the feast.
I seem to be having some trouble adding pictures but, I’ll send what I can.
It went a touch longer than I wanted, family got side tracked so, would have been more moist had I simply pulled it off and tented it for the extra time.
I’m the worst critic about the dryness some applesauce would have been a good side, I love pork with applesauce!

Looks Good to me Timothy! I used to spin those a couple of times a year but didn’t this year. I have one in the freezer that you have convinced me I should spin. Thanks!

I really wanted to get this off at about 45-55 minutes, that would have been almost perfect with a 15 minutes rest.
It’s too bad the kids were running late.
