I couldn’t be happier
No prep work, just simply smoke it. I smoke it face up and to an internal temp of 140ish, but because it's fully cooked when bought, you could pull it earlier. A lot of people smoke it face down, I don't/haven't and couldn't tell you which is betterSo I do not have to prep meat outside? Great idea.
