Spiedie Chicken, Twice Baked Potatoes and Flat Bread

Too nice outside not to grill so we had leftover night. Had some chicken breasts in the freezer that we threw into some spiedie marinade. Had some leftover twice baked potatoes and pizza dough so we whipped up a meal.


Chicken on. Taters warming.

Off.

Flatbread on.

Turned and brushed with olive oil, salt, Parmesan and thyme.

Plated.

Pretty dag gone good meal...

Hi Don - You may have called that leftover nite but I would have just called it a darned good meal. Very nice my friend. Sometimes its just fun to rattle around the fridge or freezer and surprise yourself with what comes out. Nice job.
