Spicy chicken Tacos

Spent a great weekend with the two boys at Cub Scout camp all weekend... I was in charge of grilling 80 burgers and 50 dogs for the ravenous bunch on Saturday after a 8 mile hike to the animal sanctuary to see the bison, duck pond, deerz and all the other critters which was a lot of fun... Those lil rug rats hardly sat still long enough to eat n'at all weekend...

So wife was in charge of getting the chicken marinating for dinner as well as making the black bean and corn salsa and the fruit platter. She did a great job!

For the adults Goya chipotle marinated about 24 hours

For the lil yinzers , marinated in combo ital drag and balsamic viniagrette

Oh yeah, a few ABTs to start things off right ( pineapple or jalapeño cr cheese)

Veg ( red pepper, jalapeño, red onion) drizzled with Evoo and garlic salt getting ready for the CIS

Corn is pretty good from local Big Bird right now

Chicken tacos topped with black bean corn salsa. Fresh cilantro and garlic lime hot sauce...no action pic of corn tortillas

Fruit platter with homemade strawberry fruit dip
