Spiced Apple Cider Brined Game Hens on the Roti

beautiful baby birds Mike!!
how "cheap" are they Mike? Up here, CH's go for 5 to 6 bucks each. That ain't cheap (or cheep) to me.

Jim, since I am retired military I get them at the local commissary and those two I picked up for $3.79 each. I have seen
them less than that at times. Believe me if they were 5 or 6 bucks I wouldn't be eating them! ;)

Looking at your pics, I think I will be doing some Cornish hens this weekend!!!!! Looks perfectly done!!!!!! Awesome!!!!!!!!

Outstanding. Every time a rotisserie cook get posted I keep saying I am getting one. This may push me over the edge to order
