Here are some spares from today. Sorry for not alot of pics, I have been super busy last couple of weeks. Here is a simple dry rub on full spares trimmed up and membrane removed, cooked 3 uncovered, 2 hours wrapped in foil with coke, then 1 hour uncovered vents closed. I also did a rainbow slaw with cabbage, broccoli, carrots, dukes mayo, sweet salad cubes, pecans from my yard. Also did a sweet potato casserole with brown sugar egg, and pecan from my yard.
Cooked at 275 with oak and pecan.



also made a new sauce today a GA coke sauce with fresh onions and garlic cooked down and stick blended!!
