Some ongoing pictures from today's BBQ. I'm doing spareribs for the first time in about a year. I've included a fair number of comments with the photos because my friends aren't "into" BBQ and cooking like I am. Usually when I post photos of my cooks they joke "You are not seriously posting pictures of todays lunch, are you? How'd it taste?"

Most people dont understand what the hell someone is thinking posting pictures of food, but its fun seeing their reactions when you tell them, straight faced, I take pictures of my food. I need to work on my rib skills, this may just be my inspiration. Thanks for the photos, keep em comming!

you know whats worse?? i take pics of my food and cooks so i can go back and look at em later. i seldom if ever post em. sometimes i send em to my dad back in texas because he refuses to get a wsm and has on of those offset jobs and cant get good bbq out of it. i think i am going to send him and my mom a wsm for christmas.
