Got some spare ribs this morning to try in the smoker... Went to the "rib selection and prep" page on "Let's Cook"... But the link seems to be bad - couldn't get there from either the spare rib or the baby back link, kept coming up "unavailable or moved"... Would like to try to do these todday if I could get some tips from anyone out there... I know about peeling back the membrane, but that is about all I know about the prep...
