I found this recipe in Weber’s Real Grilling. It’s boneless chicken breasts with tarragon, ginger, garlic, lemon, orange and chile powder. Added some potatoes and asparagus seasoned with EVOO, garlic salt, and pepper. I tried Firewire for the first time tonight with the potatoes. The votes are still out but I like it.

Busy night, two grills and a fire going.

I’m not a chicken guy but it wasn’t too bad and Nancy really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Pretty plate! I was a little thrown off at first with your plate/placemat/grape tomato combo. At first glance I thought your plate was square on one side.

Great looking cook and pics Rolf. You know I'm going to where this out, is that the balsamic prepared in the Coleman gasser? :) You don't need a kitchen as long as you got your Webers and your trusty companion, who needs a kitchen right?

You're killing me Gene! :) Yes it is. The cocotte is where I store the finished product to reheat around serving time.

Sorry Rolf, I have the sense of humor as a 12 year old :) Ok my turn, what da heck is a cocotte? This one's on me Rolf :)

My wife tells me it's that blue critter on the left. Heck Jean, I called it a little bowl but she got mad so now it's a cocotte. It's made by an outfit called Fontignac. She bought them when she bought her dutch oven. Go figure....
