I found this recipe in Weber’s Real Grilling. It’s boneless chicken breasts with tarragon, ginger, garlic, lemon, orange and chile powder. Added some potatoes and asparagus seasoned with EVOO, garlic salt, and pepper. I tried Firewire for the first time tonight with the potatoes. The votes are still out but I like it.
Busy night, two grills and a fire going.

Plated. I reduced some balsamic vinegar with some added butter to serve with the taters and gus. The bread is from Nancy. Italian with a cheese topping. I
