no it's french for "too cheap to use the whole plank"!

We always have had spam in hawaii. It's a staple!

although i had spam as a child i never paid it any attention to it. when i moved to hawaii in 1971 i was reintroduced to it and got hooked. when i left in 1986 to come here to calif my consumption didn't change. ono liciouse !
