Noe,

More info???????????

Glenn what kind of info were u wanting? Skirt Steak from a Black Angus Cow delicious. I cook them the same as a brisket except no foiling. A simple rub will do. I usually just use kosher salt and cracked black pepper the meat has plenty of flavour. Cook at 275-300 1.5-2 hrs max. This is better than any piece of meat u have ever eaton. Of course u will pay around 6.50-8.50 per lb. That is the going prize here in my neck of the woods south texas. One skirt will run u about 35.00-40.00 dollars well worth it. I always buy them from my butcher. Have seen them in crovac but no thanks. Ur best ribeye steak will come close to the flavour but still a distand 2nd imo. One skirt will feed around 8-10 adults easy.
