Well I'm off on theme of my beyond mr Brown thread from a couple of weeks ago. I've decided to try more South Carolina style butt cooks
I recently did a butt with a mustard slather and really liked the results. I'm trying Steve raichlans recipe of of primal grill but with low expectations.
I took another Butt and put a sweeter rub and then slathered with Mustard and have it in the smoker too.
Any favorite cooks for this style? I like the sweet moist finish and the flavor profile I've found and want to explore more recipes.
