Something VERY strange going on with my Weber grill. Doubt you've seen this before. Advice please!!

Not sure how this happened or if it is safe. This happened to a spare Spirit E-210 cart somehow. No longer heats up, but I keep returning to it.

Do you think it's safe to consume from this cart? I tried last night but am having trouble remembering the results...
































All satire aside, I decided to make lemonade out of a lemon and just finished a bar car that will go into my man cave. The folding trays make it especially practical for storing and using in a smaller area.
