nice mods. the cajun door is great. Those ribs look very great I just ate but I wouldn't mind a half a rack to go please.

Thanks Keith, I just could not believe the difference. Can't wait to try it again.
 
Thanks Jim, That's leftover firewood from the mildest winter we've had in a long time. Only 1/4 cord (in October) of red and white oak and on the right are some hickory limbs my Uncle saved for me after his 100 + year old hickory tree was lost to the drought last summer. Will be cutting it all up into chunks for Smokin' this summer.
 
Nice Ribs and Door. I also have been doing the OEM bending game. I Think it is time to start Pimpin' the my WSM.
