Some Simple Meals this Week

Planed ahead for some hot weather coming up.

Eye of the round with taters and zucchini. No plated pictures they came out to blurry to post.
The rest of the roast was sliced on the meat slicer for sammis and French dips later on.

Huge bone in chicken breasts we split one with some rice and zucchini.
The other one will be for a chicken salad later in the week.

Marinated pork chops. Marinated with lemon juice, honey, black pepper, apple cider,
soy sauce and garlic for eight hours. Served with a side salad and sweet potato rounds.
Really good chops.

Some steaks we picked up in the dog food section served up with sautéed unions and mushrooms and a small baker.
Kemper's Baby Girl isn't the only pups that get a steak now and then.

All of the food looks great Rich! One of Kim's favorites is French Dips. I'm sure it will be wonderful. I read about your heat wave coming. Stay cool! It sounds dreadful!

Those are some delicious looking cooks Rich. Like that chicken with the gravy. We also read about the heat coming your way. Hopefully, with your elevation you'll escape the brunt of it.
