I can see why you had leftovers! Looks like a strip steak, asparagus, turkey breast, eggplant, and maybe a pork steak? Did I get close?

you are close, no pork steak just boneless chicken breasts, strip steak, no eggplant i haven't tried it yet i hear it's good on a grill, and ripe plantains cut down the middle with peels left on
