Hi guys, here's a gallery with some shots from my session on Saturday. Didn't really have time for low&slow, wife working nightshift, so had to take care of my two monkey-like sons of 2 and 3,5 years all of the day while she slept.

Anywho, I did an Argentinian sirloin with my rub mixed with some rapeseed oil, some corn on the cob, and some ember-roasted yams (caveman yams?) I also did some homemade, spicy BBQ sauve to go with the meat, and roasted some chillies for a ketchup I made later that night.

Hope you enjoy the pictures, I have used an EOS 550D with a 28/1.8 for all of the shots.

One thing, this yams on the embers trick, is that something a lot of you have tried? I just discovered it some months ago, and think it's a fantastic side. No prep, no fuss and great taste.
