That deck looks good, why do you want to replace it?
24 yrs in this area is pretty good but the decking and framing are soft. Had a carpenter ant problem a few years ago.
I got a good price on a concrete patio in the same footprint vs reframing the deck.

Yeah I am one I will always go concrete over wood any day
 
Yeah honestly I am sorry I did not spring for the composite when we redid our deck. But, in my case I could not go concrete on our "deck" as it's elevated due to exposed basement in back of the house
