Some Mountain Mojoe


 
An outdoor burner used for frying turkeys or low country boils.

I am currently looking to find a burner setup that would elevate the griddle.

edit: never mind, found the thread where the inventor is commenting on it all...

So the Mojo griddle is nothing more than sheet steel cut in a circle? Stuff stick to it? Never thought I needed one but my wife's family all gets together every few years to go to the mountains, similar to you, and we love it. I'd much rather just cook outside on something gigantic like this when there is 40+ to feed!

So, I could just cut my own out of, say, 3/16" steel, season it and you're good to go? Those burners aren't too expensive...
