Hey everyone,
I don't even know how I found this site but I'm glad I did. I'm returning to charcoal grilling and want to get started with smoking. I experimented with ribs on a 18.5" Weber kettle and it turned out decent. But now I want to really start smoking. I live in the SoCal area (specifically near Northridge), and hope to make a couple purchases to get me back into charcoal cooking. I tend to get Amazon gift cards a lot for the holidays so I'll be using those to get a Performer (probably copper color) and one of those new 14.5" WSM.
Looking forward to learning more about grilling/smoking here!
