I'm sure I will get a lot of grief for this....but I am replacing my Weber kettle with a SNS kettle...my Weber has been through a few wars and back ....and it was time to replace it. After looking at the SnS kettle that seem to have all the mods I would do to a Weber..with out voiding a warranty....I jumped ship! Although I still have a few Weber's and love them...just wanted to try something else

I didn't switch, but I did add. Really like my SNS kettle with the slow n sear.

Enjoy your new grill Kloe!

i wonder if the sns kettle will last as long as weber kettles which are known to last for a long time, sure on the outside they might look similar but I'm curious the quality of their construction/material/enamel

Same thought has gone through my head. I’ve never seen one so, I cannot speak to build quality nor material.
please post some pictures.

I have seen the SNS kettle and would love to hear how well or not it works. It has some very good ideas built into it . Performace is the key though.

Congrats on your new grill - nothing wrong with trying something different. My first charcoal grill was a kettle (used). It was my "starter grill" and I eventually bought a PK360 for an upgrade.... ultimately got rid of the PK360 and am using a Weber Kamado which will probably be my forever grill. The kettle "type" grill, is always a solid choice. Hopefully this forum will hold your interest and you can keep us updated how it holds up.
