I like that. The best part is making the home made BBQ sauce where he cites specific amounts of ingredients but never measures any of them. LOL My kind of cooking.
That Napolean kettle looks like a beefed up Weber Kettle.
Just had our first flat irons about a week ago. Not too common around here. Seasoned with salt & black pepper and grilled to 130 IT over B&B briquettes, flipping every minute or so. Turned out great so will definitely be buying more when I can find them.
