That Napolean kettle looks like a beefed up Weber Kettle.

That looks like something worth trying.

Just had our first flat irons about a week ago. Not too common around here. Seasoned with salt & black pepper and grilled to 130 IT over B&B briquettes, flipping every minute or so. Turned out great so will definitely be buying more when I can find them.
 
Although, it didn't look quite up to the standards of a Summit. More like a really beefed up Kettle.
