Snowy East Coast Salmon

Thanks fellas!

I love the salmon. Was it wild caught or farm raised? Somewhere down the road I really want to try sweet potatoes on the grill.

Grocery store, on sale, salmon --- safe to say farm raised. Sweet potatoes on the grill are awesome. I cheat and just use a splash of olive oil & wrap with foil. 30-45 minutes and they are awesome!

Nyou put the ceiling on last spring didnt you?
Yes, exactly. Nice memory. :D

can't believe your Hostas are still up and green.

Ha, those puppies are dead until spring. The first pic was taken in May after I built the ceiling structure ont he bottom of the deck. Was just showing the grilling area and how protected it is and yet --- still filled with snow.

But that didn't stop this guy from performing his civic duties. :)

Chad, can you please tell me where you found the half circle tray you are using? I was just thinking of maybe making something like this when I noticed it in your photos.

Food looks great BTW!

1)Welcome to the forum
2) Nice eye catching that in the photo
3) Nice digging as this thread is a couple months old. :)

It has a manufactures tag which says GRIFFO PRODUCTS and I found this article from 1998
This year the new Mark series of Griffo-grills are also available. These are made of perforated stainless or black enameled steel and thus are easier to clean. These models come in a rectangle, 12 by 16 inches, or in a half-round, 18 by 11 inches, to fit a kettle grill. They are $35.95 and sold by the manufacturer.

I got the tray when I bought this Blue SS last year.
