Smoking Salmon in a couple of hours

Has anyone used Guava wood for salmon? If so, what were the results? Unless I hear different prior to starting my WSM up, I'm going to use Guava.

In case you're interested I found this website that seems to have a good amount of information on smoking fish.

In addition to some other devices, they use a Bullet so they can't be all that bad.

I was thinking about this as well as I'm going fishing next Saturday and we're hoping to land some Kingfish for smoked fish dip.
